The character that is Lunatic Lobster was inspired by an actual lobster. There was this pool area I used to play in as a kid that was next to a lake that was going through some changes. Large portions of the area have been removed and left empty. While waddling in the water, I noticed this large purple lobster emerge from a hole and it just had me scared. I screamed which alerted others to capture the lobster. It was then kept as a pet by a nearby fisherman. That encounter with the lobster is what inspired this character.

In one of the comic samples I have created, you can see Zoggy the sloth on the back of a laptop. This isn't just a fun little easter egg though. Zoggy owns one of the leading top tech companies in the world so naturally his image will appear a lot. Now only if the government will allow him to introduce teleportation stations to the world.

Catastrophe Clam was inspired by backlash to the character of Black Manta in the film Aquaman who was said to resemble a Power Rangers villain. This suddenly opened up an old memory of mine of a Power Rangers SPD CD my father gave me when I was younger. In it there was a villain who wore weird looking armor that inspired the look of Catastrophe Clam. Additionally, the bounty hunter character Necron 99/Peace from the film Wizards is also an inspiration.

Ultimate Ulysses was first created as a Russian villain but was later changed to be Ukrainian. Although some would say this is due to the Russo-Ukranian War to avoid controversy this is quite false. I only changed him to be Ukrainian because I needed a U to make his name sound better. Also, his title as a villain would be planned to later transition to a hero title.

With the exception of a few characters such as The Grand Dolphino and Zoggy, none of the characters that you see were actually part of the main plan. To clarify, these are new characters that I created right after creating my Instagram account. So, the characters that you see on my account are only a minor part of the Cardoso Universe. Wait till you see the big leagues....
